HungChains™ are hand made using high quality leather, metals and recycled materials. No two HungChains™ are exactly alike.
How much does shipping and handling cost?
Shipping and Handling (S&H) is charged by the current United States Postal Service (USPS) delivery rate for Priority Mail® Flat-Rate Envelope. In total, shipping and handling comes to $5.00 U.S. Dollars for up to four HungChains™ .
Do you ship HungChains™ internationally?
Yes we do! We are happy deliver to HungChains™ to any destination in the world. Shipping and handling costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location. To place your order, please just follow the checkout instructions.
What delivery service do you use?
Within the U.S., we send all HungChains™ USPS Priority Mail® Flat-Rate Envelope.
I have just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We aim to send all HungChains™ within 2 weeks of an order being received. Because each of our HungChains™ is hand made we want to make sure that it meets your highest expectations and ours. If for any reason we are unable to send your order within this time we will contact you to let you know of the delay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders will be dispatched within 2 weeks business days after the order is placed. Orders sent USPS should be delivered within 2 to 3 working days of being dispatched. Orders sent outside of the U.S. should be delivered within 5 to 10 working days of being dispatched.

My order is urgent, do you have a faster delivery option?
If you need your HungChains™ in a particular hurry we can send your order using USPS which is guaranteed to be with you the next working day before 1pm. If you would like to use this service please contact us prior to placing an order.
I haven’t received my order, can you help?
If you are a US based customer and haven’t received your order within 20 working days please inquire at info@hungchains.com
What is your return policy?
If, upon receiving your order, you are unhappy with your HungChains™ contact us within 48 hours to return or exchange the items.
Can I wash my HungChains™ ?
We do not recommend washing HungChains™, however if necessary, use a cold, damp towel and spot clean. Dry promptly.
How much do your products cost in my currency?
All orders are processed in U.S. dollars. Unfortunately we cannot provide the exact cost in other currencies, however you can calculate and review the latest exchange rates online by clicking here.
Will a receipt be included with my order?
We do not include a hard copy of your receipt in your package, because many purchases are gifts. You will receive an email order confirmation and receipt from Paypal soon after your order has been processed.

It is very important to us that your order arrives safe and sound. HungChains™ are shipped in a unique and recycled box and then enclosed in a Priority Mail® Flat-Rate Envelope .
